Objectives/purpose of the job:


  • Collaborate with the Discipline Team to understand current processes and anticipate changes and enhancements.

  • Work closely with CIO and HR Solution Architects on technical development to ensure alignment with business requirements.

  • Understand business value and process integration objectives to assess alignment.

  • Advocate and educate stakeholders on new service offerings, including process and technology enablement.

  • Design processes and supporting technology to forecast future talent supply and optimize utilization.

  • Collaborate with discipline teams, solution architects, TSC advisors, demand AI teams, and global HR reporting teams.

  • Drive training, enablement, and support for new and ongoing processes, including tool usage.

  • Manage user access to ensure appropriate levels of access according to roles.

  • Participate in Talent Planning and MyAccess User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Continuously evaluate and shape workforce planning to stay current and relevant as business needs evolve.

  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Supply Chain.
  • Agile and able to adjust priorities according to business needs.
  • Flexible attitude toward working hours, as the role requires effective collaboration across multiple time zones and remote work.
  • Ability to create and contribute to executive communications.
  • Organized and independent, with proactive communication of status, identification of issues, and options for resolution.
