Objectives/purpose of the job:


  • Develop and manage paid performance campaigns across social, SEM, and display channels to drive revenue and increase ROI.

  • Audit campaign performance daily, ensuring optimal structure and employing best practices for continual optimization.

  • Set up A/B testing to consistently test and optimize audiences, creatives, ad placements, budgets, etc.

  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors to inform digital marketing campaigns.

  • Identify marketing performance issues, conduct root cause analysis using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Ads dashboards.

  • Communicate complex analyses effectively by developing user-friendly reporting or visualization dashboards covering demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications and Merchandisers to provide feedback on ads and creatives, ensuring content accurately represents and differentiates our brand and merchandise.

  • Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring adherence to monthly budgets and raising any issues with ad or account setups.

  • Liaise with Google and Meta teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems as needed.

  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.

Required experience and qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience in a quantitative marketing role (paid performance marketing), managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
  • Ability to audit campaigns, monitor campaign structure, and report on weekly/monthly performance trends.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and generating reports on traffic, purchases, consumer metrics, and conversion funnels.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and operationalize insights.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
  • High level of organizational skills with ownership of monthly budgets.
  • Interest in fashion with knowledge of the industry, fashion trends, and key designers/competitors preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Deep understanding of data and data modeling, with the ability to objectively identify insights and share them with stakeholders.
