Objectives/purpose of the job:

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. In this role,you will:

• Develop,maintain,and enhance .NET applications and services for our legacy and cloud platforms.
• Analyze product and technical user stories,conveying technical specifications concisely and effectively.
• Code and deliver a working product with a ‘first time right’ approach.
• Participate in release planning,sprint planning,and technical design reviews;provide input as appropriate.
• Collaborate with engineers,product managers,and other team members on technical matters.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of products.
• Lead projects to increase team productivity and effectiveness by sharing your expertise.
• Drive key architectural decisions and design considerations.
• Set technical guidelines and participate in code reviews to mentor other engineers on best practices.
• Conduct early feasibility studies of technical architecture with the Product team.
• Build frameworks to improve productivity by driving automation.
• Introduce newer technologies with strong POCs and use cases.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide detailed root cause analysis(RCA).
• Participate in agile activities like sprint planning and technical design reviews,providing input as appropriate.

Required experience and qualification:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta, and Shopify reports.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree in social/digital marketing or MCA.
• Knowledge of SEO and UI/UX.
• Age range: 22 to 32 years.
