Objectives/purpose of the job:

  1. Performance Management:
    • Manage the performance management system to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance feedback,goal setting,and professional development opportunities.
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends,address performance gaps,and drive improvements in employee productivity and engagement.
  2. Learning and Development:
    • Design and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for employees and managers.
    • Identify training needs,develop training programs,and evaluate effectiveness to continuously improve employee skills and competencies.
  3. Leadership Development and Succession Planning:
    • Implement a leadership development program to identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.
    • Develop and maintain a robust succession planning framework to identify and nurture high-potential talent within the organization.
    • Create career pathing opportunities and succession plans for key roles to ensure continuity and leadership development.
    • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to proactively address talent gaps and succession risks.
  4. Employee Engagement and Retention:
    • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement,satisfaction,and retention through surveys,feedback mechanisms,and targeted interventions.
    • Oversee the employee relationship management program to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership to address employee concerns,improve organizational culture,and promote a positive work environment.
    • Manage the employee exit process,including conducting exit interviews,analyzing feedback,and identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor employee turnover rates,analyze exit interview data,and develop strategies to mitigate turnover and enhance employee loyalty.

Required experience and qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in talent management or related HR roles with a track record of successfully implementing talent strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative talent management programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure the impact of talent initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive solutions to address them.
