Objectives/purpose of the job:

Support in AOP Reviews(Full Year+Mid Year)

  • Align calendar for AOP Reviews of sectors for Full Year+Mid-year.
  • Update common slides in review deck.
  • Prepare sector-wise Action Trackers.
  • Monitor timelines and integrate presentation documents.

Support in BSC of CEO – Business Integration

  • Support in reviewing goal sheets by GCM and share approved goal sheets.
  • Assist CEO in monitoring on-ground processes of past reviews.
  • Participate in board/GHB/GCM reviews.
  • Meet with other GCMO EAs monthly to align on open issues and updates.

Support CEO in identified Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives

  • Design project management tracker for SI.
  • Identify key responsibilities,resources,and dependencies.
  • Overall project management of SI.
  • Collaborate with concerned business teams involved.

Stakeholder Management and Documentation

  • Plan,organize,and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
  • Draft,edit,and proofread various documents.
  • Act as a point of contact between CEO and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain confidential files and databases.
  • Leverage digital tools for administrative work efficiency.
  • Handle travel management and logistics.

  • BBA from a reputed Tier 2/ Tier 3 college.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel,pivots,and PowerPoint skills.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Strong communication,interpersonal,and organizational skills.

Relevant Experience

10 to 12 years relevant experience working with C-Suite Business Leaders/Promoters in Large organizations & Start-up Founders.
