Objectives/purpose of the job:

Review Performance Audit Process:

  • Study the existing (As-is) process.
  • Design and implement the future (To-be) process for performance audit.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the performance audit within stipulated timelines.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Successful implementation of the To-Be process.
  • Adherence to timelines for performance audit.

Performance Goal Setting:

  • Lead the goal-setting process, ensuring that goals are SMART and aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Conduct extensive analysis of legacy and current goal sheets for Vice Presidents and above.
  • Monitor the progress of goal sheet completion.
  • Lead pre-audit processes and conduct goal-setting workshops.
  • Identify gaps and implement strategies to narrow them.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timely setting of goals for roles above Vice President.
  • Number of workshops covering the targeted population.

Performance Audit:

  • Lead the performance audit process, conducting extensive analysis of legacy and current appraisal forms for Vice Presidents and above.
  • Identify gaps and implement actions arising from audits.
  • Monitor progress toward achieving organizational goals.
  • Review mid-year and annual completion, ensuring a dialogue between managers and employees.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Implementation of improvements based on audit findings.
  • Timely completion of mid-year and annual reviews.

Benchmarking and Comparatives:

  • Benchmark and formulate policies, processes, programs, and practices.
  • Lead policy revisions to remain contextual and align with organizational needs.
  • Conduct studies on various performance standards in coordination with external consultants.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of benchmarks and comparatives implemented.
  • Successful implementation of studies undertaken.

PGDM with specialization in HR. 10 years of experience with exposure to Performance Management and HR Audit functions.
